Listing of Debt Securities: Listing Fee

For listing of bonds on the stock exchange, the company has the following costs in relation to the stock exchange:
  • one-off costs that are paid upon listing:
    • fee for listing bonds
    • fee for deciding on the listing of bonds
  • regular costs for the time of being listed on the stock exchange:
    • listing maintenance fee (annual cost)
    • compensation for the use of the SEO and INFO HRAMBA package (monthly cost).

An example of the calculation of stock exchange costs for the listing of an issue of bonds in the amount of EUR 30 million:
