Instruments and their issuers shall meet the following conditions and criteria for listing on the Regulated Market:
- regular listing conditions,
- additional criteria for individual market segments.
After listing instruments on the Regulated Market their issuer becomes a public company and is as such obliged to disclosure of regulated, inside and other information, as stipulated by Market in Financial Instruments Act, Market Abuse Regulation and other legal acts.
If instruments are listed on the Regulated Market by request of third party without consent of the issuer, this third party is obliged to follow all rules regarding disclosure, publishing and storage of regulated information.
