Today at 9.00 am, for the ninth time, the women of LJSE participated in the "Ring the Bell for Gender Equality" ceremony in celebration of International Women's Day. As we rang the opening bell, we reflected on the progress that has been made in advancing gender equality, but also on the work that still needs to be done. We recognize the important role that women play in society and the contributions that they make to the economy, and we are committed to continuing our efforts to empower women and create more opportunities for them to succeed.

UN Women’s theme for International Women’s Day 2023 is “DigitAll: Innovation and Technology for Gender Equality”. The theme recognizes the contribution of women and girls around the world, who are leading the charge on climate change adaptation, mitigation, and response, to build a more sustainable future for all.
