Webinar "Slovenian Listed Companies Online"

On Wednesday, August 31, 2022, the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, in cooperation with InterCapital Securities, organized the second Webinar of the year as part of the presentation of Slovenian stock exchange companies via the online platform Zoom. Investors had the opportunity to follow the presentations of representatives of as six Prime Market companies: SavaRe, Krka, Petrol, Triglav Group, NLB and Cinkarna Celje.

Considering the carefully coordinated date of the event, the half-year financial results of the companies were discussed. The webinar was opened by Mr Danijel Delač, Member of the Board of InterCapital Securities. An interesting overview of the Slovenian capital market was followed by the presentations of six Slovenian Prime Market companies. Cinkarna Celje was the first to be presented by Mr Aleš Skok, president of the Management Board. He was followed by Mr David Bratož, Member of the Management Board, with the presentation of Krka. Next, the financial results from Petrol were presented by Mr Matija Bitenc, member of the Management Board and CFO. This was followed by the presentation of NLB presented by Mr Blaž Brodnjak, President of the Management Board. Lastly, Mrs Polona Pirš Zupančič, member of the Management Board presented SaveRe's operations.

In three hours, there were six extremely interesting business presentations of blue chips listed on the Prime Market of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. The representatives of the companies answered the investors' questions after each individual presentation of the company. The set of questions was extremely interesting and at the same time comprehensive and indicated that Slovenian stock exchange companies are well known on a global scale and interesting for foreign investors.

The event was extremely successful from the point of view of the registered investors, as we recorded a total of over 270 registered investors, of which as many as 110 were international, from 24 different countries. Investors from Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Netherlands, Italy, Malta, Montenegro, Macedonia, Poland, Serbia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Great Britain, USA and Slovenia were present.

Judging by the composition and active participation of investors, there is great interest in participating in such events from abroad as well, so we will also organize such and similar meetings in the future, the main purpose of which is to bring together Slovenian blue chips with various investors.
