SI ENTER Market is a multilateral trading facility (MTF), which was established by Ljubljana Stock Exchange as a result of market demands, current trends and wishes of market participants. SI ENTER Market offers a possibility of trading in instruments not listed on a Regulated Market to investors, while issuers have an additional facility to gather capital.

Compared to OTC market, SI ENTER Market provides clearer and more transparent trading data and better price discovery process, while issuer disclosures are dependent on segment rules. On Basic Segment, instruments are listed without any request and at the sole discretion of Ljubljana Stock Exchange, consequently there are no issuer obligations to disclose information. There are higher disclosure standards on ADVANCE and PROGRESS Segments, and all instruments listed on those segments are listed by the issuer’s request.
