Listing of Relax d.d. shares on the stock exchange
On Thursday, 6 June 2024, Mr Aleš Ipavec, President of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, and Ms Karmen Kosec, President of the Management Board of Relax d.d., rang the stock exchange bell on the occasion of the listing of the RELR shares on the Standard Market. On this occasion, a listing event for the media and other stakeholders on the stock market was held at the premises of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. In the first part of the event, the President of the Management Board, Mr Aleš Ipavec, welcomed the attendees with a short speech, followed by the presentation of the newly listed shares by the new issuer Relax d.d.
"As the President of the Board of Directors of Relax d.d., I am proud to announce the launch of the listing of the shares of our parent company Relax d.d. on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. Relax Group has been providing quality and affordable tourism products to various target groups at home and abroad for more than thirty years. In addition to the aforementioned associated companies, they also offer driving school services and rent out their own properties. I am confident that by listing on the stock exchange and being transparent on the capital market, we will successfully pave the way for further development. We decided to list on the stock exchange to facilitate the pursuit of our financial goals in the future and to make sure that, as a public company, we will continue to provide all our customers, partners and investors with quality and safe holidays and financial decisions in the future.
