Listing of Shares: Listing Conditions

A company can list its shares on the stock market in Standard or Prime Market.
 
The Standard Market is the basic segment for which the following general conditions must be met:
  • the company is organised as a joint stock company and has a valid LEI code,
  • the company has drawn up a prospectus for the listing of its shares, which has been approved by the Securities Market Agency (more on obtaining the Agency's approval
  • the company's shares are issued in the central registry of the KDD (more about issuance in the KDD) and
  • shares are freely transferable.

In this case, your company belongs to the Prime Market, for which, in addition to the above general conditions, additional conditions must be met:
Class of Shares
  • ordinary shares that allow holders only one vote
Quantitative criteria
  • audited annual reports for three business years;
  • minimum capital value: EUR 10 million;
  • share class percentage in the public: at least 25%;
Notification criteria
  • Issuer’s commitment to publish all reports in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS);
  • Issuer’s commitment to make a summary of its disclosures available in English as well;
  • Issuer’s commitment to publish updates on interim operations, financial calendar and a statement of compliance with the Corporate Governance Code;
  • Issuer’s commitment to follow the good practices of disclosure, pursuant to the Guidelines for Disclosure.
