For listing of shares in the Standard Market, the company has the following costs in relation to the stock exchange:
- one-off costs that are paid upon listing:
- fee for listing shares on Standard Market
- fee for deciding on the listing of shares
- regular costs for the time of being listed on the stock exchange:
- listing maintenance fee (annual cost)
- compensation for the use of the SEO and INFO HRAMBA package (monthly cost).
An example of the calculation of stock exchange costs for the listing of a class of shares in the amount of EUR 30 million:
