Organization of the Exchange: Management Board

Marko Bombač, CFA, FRM, started his first mandate as President of the Management Board of the Ljubljana Stock Excahnge on 1 September 2024. He started his career as a financial analyst at Factor Bank and then joined NLB Skladi, where hesuccessfully held various positions, including Head of Rrsearch, for more than a decade. Since 2020 he has been Director of Risk Managment  at the Bank of Slovenia. He has been an active member of several committees or working groups within the Eurosystem and beyond. 

Nina Vičar, Master of Business Administration, has worked at the Ljubljana Stock Exchange since 2005 and has collected valuable experience in the Exchange's areas of operations and development. From 2008, when she joined the company's wider management, she covered the main areas of Ljubljana Stock Exchange's operations, namely, trading, market operations, relationship management of the Exchange's members, aquisition of new remote members, market surveillance, analytical support, development and marketing and organisation of events. She participated in various development projects with the most important one being the implementation of the Xetra trading system.
Nina Vičar also cooperated in international organisations and projects. She was a member of FESE ESC working groups and CEESEG Index Committee.
